It farms credits better than most t8 prems, but that slight advantage doesn’t make up for this being one of the least flexible tanks in the game.

Can they replace it with the Jadgtiger H?
Most people find permatracking a key on this tank… which is actually… bad since everyone has reusable repair kits… and you have the same dpm as every other tier 8 TD… but… since you have low pen… you actually have less practicall dpm than anything.
Its frontal armor its a weakspot for the Skorpion G too, and…
This, the IS6 and the french thingie are horrible to play.

  2. CounterMAN says:

    – only suitable for defensive choke point
    – armor is zero vs. code 22
    – big and slow
    – low alpha damage
    – forced to use A LOT OF APCR when faced “new generation” of premium HT such as 252U, T26E5, M4 49, Chrsyler K, Nameless (ASIA server) or super heavy like Oho/VK100/VK168 or WZ120-1

in short : out meta today, Skorpion is better, still okay in farming but boring and frustrating, only buy if your want another piece for your virtual tank collection

The baby jagdtiger, it used to be awesome. But i’d say it could really use a small buff to the frontal super structure around the gun so it isnt easily penned by everything shooting at it. A small increase in forward speed wouldnt hurt either.

This tank is very situation due to its slow mobility, to be effective on most maps you need to play front line. Often resulting to 3 types of games…
1- You have some backup, you can hit tanks and you have a good game.
2- You have no backup or they left you, got surrounded by a MT/LT killing you early on.
3- Flank falls fast, you cant keep up with the push and fired 2 shots.

It can work at range, but with this low alpha high DPM you want to be short/med range to track and rek your opponents. Most tanks have sufficient pen to get through your upper structure (next to the gun) so its no fun at all. I havent played mine in ages.

Do yourselves a favor and skip this one. Trying to play it today is akin to trying to storm Omaha beach with flintlock muskets and guys on horseback.

  5. I can only agree with most of the comments: this tank only increases my frustration with the game: you are a support tank depending on teams. Usually you die with little damage done if the team sucks; viceversa, if the team rules then you are left behind with little damage done. Only good if supported at choke points against low tiers.

One of the worse tanks in my garage for W/R (Ok, I’m just an average joe who sucks at lights and hates arties … ;))

  6. BootyPatrol says:

It only really needs a frontal armor buff, they can unrealistically give the whole AT15 line an armor buff but not this….
