Probably plays a bit like the T-34-3. Not as mobile but with comparable matchmaking (T-34-3 having special mm) and the same gun.
    Meh, looks ok.

      1. Honcho says:

T-34-3 has, thats what i wrote. The KV-122 basicly sees the same tiers, since its Tier 7 without special MM.

  2. Nevermind says:

Seems very much like the old KV 1S from back in the day… with a HP buff and a bit better gun handling. Talk about a recycling old content. Could we get some of the old maps back?

    1. Anonymous says:

It IS the old KV1S, with small hp buff and a gun depression nerf. Just shows you how utterly OP that tank was at tier 6 when they can sell it as a tier 7 premium 2 years later lol.
While not better than the IS2B as a heavy, this is probably the best tier 7 medium in the game…

  3. Pablo Rob says:

have they changed the model? Initially all they did was use the Kv85 (as it is in game now) and change some of the stats to make it a tier 7.

    1. Patata Caliente says:

If tanks.gg is to be believed, the model used is 100% identical to the KV-85 model. If that is true, then this is a new low for Wargaming.

    2. OrigamiChik3n says:

KV-85 was nothing more than KV-1s hull with enlarged turret ring to accommodate turret from IS and removed bow machine gun port. KV-122 in turn was just upgunned KV-85. Which means it’s hull was identical to KV-1s as well.
In game all these changes are reflected. So yes, “the model used is 100% identical to the KV-85 model”. Because IT WAS IN REAL LIFE. I fail to see how somebody’s ignorance is “new low for Wargaming”.

  4. Pablo Rob says:

They have changed the model, at least to look at; and the gun performance and speed are good, but don’t expect to bounce anything 😄

  5. Vedrano says:

Dear Rita, your cute, smart and a good player, but you can be our hero of 2017 if you just tell what te last-day deal will be. You may get some trouble with the Russians, but we will protect and love 😀
