Armour and Embarkation 2016

Hello,

another weekend, another event to attend… I am in the middle of the busiest time of the year, few more weeks and it will get back to normal, thank you, everyone, for your understanding! And by the way, I’ve been loving meeting you at these places, its nice to put faces to your nicknames! <3

I’m spending the weekend away attending and joining a convoy of military vehicles at Armour and Embarkation event. Together with me there will be TheMightyJingles, and WG EU’s EctarCurlyJohnny and Richard Cutland and will be back on late Sunday.

 

Public Viewing Points

Saturday 18th June viewing points

This is going to be an amazing sight and we don’t want you to miss it! So please find below the best locations for catching photographs and videos.

Broadmayne Village, Cowleaze Rd, Broadmayne, Dorchester, Dorset DT2 8EW– we will leaving the village at 10:00 and heading to the Tank Museum, Bovington. We will be passing the village hall so that may be the best place for you. 

Tank Museum Dorchester, The Tank Museum, Bovington, Dorset BH20 6JG. The convoy will arrive at the Tank Museum at 1pm and will be there until 3pm. You will have the opportunity to look around all the vehicles in the convoys and talk with the crews. www.tankmuseum.org

Dorchester – Weymouth Avenue next to Brewery Square Brewery Square, 21 Weymouth Avenue,  Dorchester
DT1 1QR. Will arrive at 4:30pm and we will be parked in avenue until we head up the Carnival Paradeat 5:30pm.  You can see the route on the Carnivals website – www.dorchestercarnival.org

Broadmayne Village, we will return to the village at 6:30-7:00pm

 

Sunday 19th  June viewing points

We will be joining the Weymouth Veterans Parade on the Sunday and will be travelling along the seafront at around 11:00 am.
