Hello,

As you can see, the Strvm/42-57 Alt A.2 is a premium.

Can’t wait to have my hands on that S-Tank!

Since there won’t be Finnish tanks in the game I guess this is the closest we can get. Finns did modify or make captured Russian tanks better during winter and continution war (ww2) but most of them are in the game under russian tech tree…

A premium that does not train crews at all for top tier tanks is a let down, at best. Really it sounds like a complete brain fart to me – and I had been looking forward to the Swedish tanks.

Fine i’ll change my statement, a small amx 50 b with doubled turret armor and More! gundepression (maybe less elevation). There is no need to attack my intelligense mister, based on one comment.

Well, atleast from a gameplay standpoint i imagine the strv’s classification makes sense. Maby its that the global rebalance heavly effected their decision

It’s certainly a start. I think it’s pretty cool that they’re giving us two lines to begin with (haven’t seen that since the Chinese tree was added), but both lines are flawed in their setups. Here’s hoping that they change the Strv 103s to mediums at some point, replace them with some of the other TD designs that we’ve seen before, and potentially add tier 8 through 10 medium tanks to also succeed the Leo.

I see a lot of hate for the strv 103B as a td. Did anyone really think they would add it as anything other than a td? I get that it historically was one, but I can’t see a turretless med ever coming to WoT, especially with the new global rebalance.

    1. Renarde Martel says:

It isn’t even a medium historically. It’s a ‘turretless MBT’, and MBTs kind of fall between traditional MTs and HTs… and even that depends on whose definitions you use, tank classifications aren’t/weren’t the same everywhere.
