This M41D (and the in-game Type 64) are both belong to these ROC Taiwan Army. No China.
Due to political reasons (One China Policy), these two tank put into the Chinese tank tree. Since ROC Taiwan government doesn’t officially recognized by the UN.
THE ROC WAS KICKED OUT BY THE UN SINCE 1971. AND, UN ONLY ACCEPTED THE RED CHINA AS ONE OF THEIR OFFICIAL MEMBER.
Except ROC claims main land China as a part of her territory. It’s one China after all.
