This seems to be ongoing over the past week which is why I’m posting here.

In case your account has been charged accidentally more than once for the same package, we invite you to contact our customer support team to request a refund.
Refunds are only eligible to packages that were not used yet. Please make sure to name the purchased package and the number of times your account has been charged.

First of all. What the hell does “package was not used yet”? It’s not like you get digital goods in a bag or box and it’s “not used” as long as you not unseal said package. At which point package becomes “used”? When you take premium tank into battle for the first time?
Second. “We ACCIDENTALLY charged you twice. It’s our mistake. But it’s your fault if you don’t check your bank account balance immediately after every purchase. In that case we will keep the money that we scammed from you. Please keep shopping with us. Sincerely yours, Wargaming EU”.
used implies that you played games with the tanks involved or spent any gold that came as part of it or activated any boosters.
It’s usually pretty obvious ingame if a package has come through twice, you’ll have a shed load more gold, especially if it was a premium tank you bought twice given that the second one would be converted into gold as well.
Not to mention that there are notifications on your first login after the purchase.

In EU you can sue them. They can’t charge you double by mistake and then refuse refund claiming “you used it anyway”. It’s their mistake so they are to cover the costs.
It’s like selling someone more expensive medicine than he requested, charging as for cheap one and after a day or two asking him to pay more or refund the medicine already in his blood. WTF WG, bring your business up to EU standards already!
Yep, under current european legislation, this refund policy will not cut it. If they don’t refund under “no matter what” conditions, they are going to get into trouble.
Oh by the way if one doesn’t notice ones been charged twice for the crap ones bought then tough shit we’re keeping your hard earned.
Obviously the thieving shites at WG aren’t making enough.
