Hello,
The former Vice President of PR and Marketing, Nikolai Nebyshinets, has returned to Wargaming after quitting last year (late 2015s).
Nicholas has worked and help build the company for more than a decade in various stations, from PR-manager to Global Marketing and will now enter as the lead of Global Publishing (promotion of projects).
He also says that the reason he left was due to feeling burnout and decided to be back because this was the most interesting of all the “large number of standing offers” available. He already has a deep insight of the company and this position felt like a new challenge.
Seems like 2015 wasnt a very kind year to many WG employers, nevertheless, welcome back sir.
Not trying to be rude, but “employer” is the one that hires while the one hired for job is “employee”.
Like many ppl around the world, we only speak 3 languages: our own, bad english and very bad english. 🙂
our own with english words
Well, i speak my native language, Russian, English and some very bad German. I’m sorry if that offends you.
It sounds like WG crunched way too much, 60+ hours work weeks. They make your works quality worse and obvously its not healthy. Hopefully that has changed a bit and the return of “the old guys” will help fix WOT again, cause this last year or so, until 9.14, made WOT worse and worse. Reminds me on classic statements like ‘be grateful to work overtime’ …
There are many cases of burnouts.
Game devs are some poor fuckers.
Except for Peter Molyneux… Burn in hell 🙂
Is it me or this guy look a lot a like Victor Creed (Sabretooth) from X man movie?

He looks like he just sat on a cactus.
AHAHA! And he seems to enjoy it…
