There are some leaks on the Sandbox stats but I have to warn you, these are not Sandbox current stats! They are actually a very outdated-raw stage of Sandbox that will never be introduced. I got my hands on the leakage itself will be posting it nevertheless so you can have an idea of what they -dev team- were initially aiming for.

Well, this is out-dated, fine.
But: Tiger 2, 100 alpha less dmg then IS 3, same pen, shit DPM, no more view range, no mobility, no armor over IS 3…who would play it ? Idiot ….Point of Tiger 2 is DPM, gun DPM, acc, view range.
JPe100, yes, lowered DPM, he has right now shit one, even more, make no sense. DMG for HEAT, next joke, and this ACC….way too much. Less HP, for that beast, on E100 hull, make no sense, make him Assault gun, no TD, will make sense.
e100, like 9 more pen, for less dmg….what the fuck is this….
If they have that kind of ideas to rebalance this game…man, who work there ?
Well, even less reasons to get the tiger ii in this situation. Maybe it’s the stats that made them nerf it, but that can be misleading. Like worse players overall play things like the is-3, making the tiger look better than it is for a tier 8 heavy.
I think they should look at other ways to figure out if a tank needs a rebalance.

I assume they’ll be making the HEAT ammo somewhat less useless in future iterations, as some of those penetration values will result in LOWER effective penetration compared to AP (since HEAT has no normalization), combined with the reduced damage.

they are stating reload TIME(in seconds), NOT RATE of fire(in shots per minute)
Which is precisely why the DPM should be lower, not higher.

yes they are stating reload time in seconds. so how the fuck did a 15 seconds reload time with 700 ave dmg got better DPM than a 12 secs reload time 750 ave damage one? :/ doesnt make sense now does it?

Id like to see a balance where a high penetrating and high normalized APCR shell do less damage HEAT and HES has a chance to get absorbed in spaced armor and has a bad normalization so they can do bigger dmg. But my wet dream in t10 and the whole game to abolish the insane penetrating values of the gold ammo because any noob can buy it for silver and i hate when a no skill gold spawner start penetrating the armor what is balanced for regular ammo.

So let me tell you what will happen if they do this and dont change the coridor maps… first the heavys will play like normal and get raped by ppl like me who love there lights…meds will help ofc…then heavys will get sick of geting raped and join there TD friends in a massive camp fast…whit such traverse nerfs they need to massivly nerf alot of camping spots on almoust every map then it can work…maybe…

Balance 2.0 will just kill the game. And its about time.
It may not be added but this shows us a little of what they’re calling the Global Rebalance. From the look of it they want vehicles to have unique characteristics, they’ve heavily (probably too much) nerfed gold ammo (I mean wtf Jpz E100 gives you 29 more pen, 300 less damage and costs the same probably)
They’ve nerfed turret traverses all round but I creased light and medium tank hull traverse. They’re tring to make lights and mediums beat heavies through mobility, not firepower.
As a Leopard 1 diver with 1K games the changes to the Leo are very interesting. They’re giving it the first shot capability with stupidly good accuracy and aim time, but they have nerfed everything else. HP, traverse, mobility, damage, DPM.
I’ll wait for the global rebalance test servers to show their true colours but I think this is all too extreme and will make things worse
Hmm, IS-3 and IS-6 have better viewrange than Leo 1? How is that a good idea? And it’s less mobile and turns slower? Also, I see no real changes to arty…and the one they did is a buff…wtf?!?!?!?? Arty is the biggest problem of the game, right now, and they just go and buff it?! -_- Also, they DO have ideas how to fuck up JagdE100, but not the retardedly thought up Fv215b 183??
I get that they’re just trying things out, but some of these stats are just jaw droppingly dumb…For instance, how do they expect any tier 10 medium to compete with the T62A? Seriously, they have a hard enough time with that as it is without it getting buffed to have at least 1000 more dpm than it’s counterparts!
