Hello,
This is the official listing of the 9.15 Supertest list of changes compared to the current 9.14 patch. I translated and added some extra bits(links and screenshots which explain in more detail than the poorly done version from the RU development page:

Main changes
- Updated display technology parameters in the hangar:
-Ability to preview the non purchased vehicles in 3D (You can do it by opening the Tech Trees)
-Vehicle stats will be divided into 5 groups just like WoWS (Apparently there will be “cloaked” info as well which will appear if you pass mouse over):
-More Statistics were added (Example: Camouflage)
– Tank statistics will be automatically updated when the player changes Modules or equips Consumables and Equipment and even Crew.
-When installing/changing Modules/Equipment/Consumables an “Info Tip” page will be shown which will tell how it will affect the vehicle statistically.
- PvE-Basic training:
-The team rooster has been changed to 15 vs 15.
-To reduce the waiting time in the queue, the option to enter as a single player has been added.
-Added a spawn point on upper base.
-Behaviour of the bots has been changed/upgraded on the Mittengard and Mines maps.
- Capture indicator changed (besides time left the number of players capping has also been added):
- In-game by clicking -TAB- in chat it will change to All/Platoon/Allies, in 9.15 there will be an option which will be “on” by default and that will save your “chat zone” preference for the rest of the gaming session.
- Added notification to when a battle is nearly over:
- Improved physics
- Garage Carousel reworked
- Added sounds for when Camo and Binocs become activated,
- In Settings, implemented the ability to select the type of speaker system (2.0 or 2.1) in the settings menu. See also.
- A XP bonus will be given to platoons depending which tier they are.
- New Aim reticle
- Zoom level options: x16, x25.
- The Ammo display in battles has been revamped.
- Added option to show promotions (Bundles, discounts, etc) in garage right after log-in.
- Ping values and server status added to Launcher and Garage:

Technical changes
- Reworked some personal combat missions.
- Optimized the pop-up interface with lists and tips.
- The framework of the internal browser WoT Awesomium replaced by Chromium Embedded Framework.
- Completed transition to CoreEngine 3.0:
-Performance at medium and standard graphic settings have been improved.
-Special effects have been revised, Smoke and Explosions look more harmoniously.
-Ability to use modern Graphics API (DX11), it is recommended to update the video card drivers.

– “Mines” and “Mittengard” have been improved (PVE).

So… does this mean a good reason to enter a failed platoon?
@Rita: Will that apply to dynamic platoons aswell? For instance, if you invite someone during a battle, will you get extra xp then aswell?

Here’s the direct description to platoon xp modifier rita –
Updated rules of Platoon creation:
Players can join a battle in a Platoon that has any set of vehicles (regardless of their tiers)
Players will see a notification in which they are recommended to assemble a Platoon in which all the vehicle are of the same tier (for doing so, the players in the Platoon will receive a bonus to their experience)
If all the vehicles in the Platoon are of the same tier, all members of the Platoon will earn a bonus after battle (the amount of the bonus depends on the tier of vehicles in the Platoon: higher tiers mean a bigger bonus)
If there is a more than three-level difference between the maximum and minimum tiers of the vehicles in the Platoon, the players in such a Platoon will be penalized in experience (the amount of penalty is larger, the higher the difference in tiers)
So more penalising of solo pubbies? Looks like WG are determined to drive 95% of its players away.
Even more dynamic platoon spam (people sending invites to the whole team should be banned in chat&platoon for doing that) and the comeback of troll platoons.

Well, don’t confuse it with regular Chrome or Chromium browsers.
The “Chromium Embedded Framework” is used in Steam or Spotify clients. Sure, it uses basically the same engine, but it is meant for different use cases.

I have noticed a few times that other tanks scrape past my StuG while visually appearing a couple of feet away. I think the graphics and collision models don’t quite meet…

Any info on wg fixing that annoying bug where you left/right click in spectator mode and it switches to random tanks
More often than not I get somewhere under the ground level for a while…
WG is really steping up to the plate with this last few patches… I dont know if they read the blogs, but any way Good Job… Between the non fuck up patches (actually they have vert good changes in the last 2 patches) and the anouces to stop the cheating in the game, i think the community is changing the bad oppinion about wg…
And then they charge €99.99 for the 5th anniversary bundles…

If this all comes in 1 patch and if the equipment changes the statistical bounses of the different pieces of equipment to give people reasons to actually use different equipment other than rammer vents optics the this could be a massively good patch for the game

-T-22 nerf, yes OP med, and few very good player have it, so np.
-Jap Tiger, 145 pen still is way to low, to pen tier 7, and tier 8 med, no way to pen most tier 8 HT. Real pen from US pen tables are 162 AP on 100m, and 214 APCR on 100m.
-59 Patton, fine buff, np here, same Skoda, pen buff
-A-32, cant buy it, and never see one, for long time
-T54 LT nerf and buff, dont have it
-PZ V\IV – on tier 5, but how many people have it?
– KononeJP- buff and nerf, Td that on EU server has 43% WR, gets nerf, like WTF
-Scorpion buff, dont know why, fine TD
-T92E2,E6 buff, but who has it, those tank are so bad ?

-STA 2 will be better then STA, but as prem, it will have more Pen then Panther 88, so what is Panther pros > ? no pen, no gun dep. Panther will have more DPM, but not as much, and acc. 212 is way to much over Panther, but its WG
All those changes in garage, are fine, cool stuff. But…
We only get 19 HD models, no new maps, and ofc, no nerf to most broken tier 8 HT, cuz it not Jap tank. Like how IS 3 did not get nerf.
Why there is no T34, Lowe, KV5, Type 59 reballance. Victor Kisly said, oldest premium tanks will get buff!!!! no reballance. Only A-32 and Pz V\IV are old from this list, where is rest, where is 112 ?!?!?!!?
If this year is about tank ballance, if in one patch there will be few like in this one, how many tank they gonna reballance, 50 ? How many sucks? I dont get that, 10.0 dont teach them lesson, as we can see.
1) Scorp got a buff due to how bad its DPM and accuracy were, it was just no worth playing compared to other TD’s,
2)O-I exp had better DPM than the T-150, a tank a whole tier higher than it with the same Alpha, the same armour as a KV-1 (better and worse in some places), and it was fairly mobile with a 40 km/h speed limit and better HP/T ratio than than the KV-1. O-I is just… stupid. 150mm of armour, SLOPED, at tier 6??? that’s insane. It needed a nerf.
3) if you think the KV-5, Lowe, and Type 59 need a rebalance compared to the tanks they are rebalancing now, you are an idiot. KV-5 is great (I have 200+ battles in one) the way it is; Type 59 is not as good as it used to be, with the introduction of prem rounds everyone can use, higher tier TD’s, etc.; I can’t really speak on the Lowe, but based on game play i’ve seen in it it seems fairly balanced between armour, speed, DPM, and pen. T34 is ok where it is at too.
Lastly, this is a great update, adding in things players have wanted for years now. And plus, in case you haven’t heard, they are doing a GLOBAL rebalance. As in EVERY tank. So don’t get your panties in a twist, and just enjoy all the amazing shit they are giving us this patch.
1. O-I exp has way worse armor on turret then KV-1, so dont insult me kiddo. IS, Tiger have better DPM then most tier 8 HT, so this about t-150 is pure joke.
2. Look on IS 5, IS 3a, Dpm, armor, mobility better then lowe, they are better money makers, and for 390 alpha guns better DPM, so tell me, how this is ballanced. ? KV-5 is so good, that on random, is as rare as Mause, such good tank, that cant pen IS 6, with gold on 100m….Type 59 looks shittie, in compere to new meds on tier 8, he has limited mm, but so what, tank is very rare, and must be reason why it that.
Lowe, has worst mobility of all prem tanks with full mm, hull is paper for tier 6 and 7, gun is acc, but aim way to long, and 1668 dpm is pure joke, compere to 320 alpha u hit, same has t34 with 400 alpha, more dpm have IS 5 and IS3a, with 390 alpha, How is this ballanced ? And if Lowe is soo good, why few player play it ? U cant tell, cuz u dont have it. T34 can use turret, and gun dep, lowe cant. Simple as that.
3. Wg give you few new UI think, as I said , good think.

i was had löwe on my first acc now for the new one i go with t34 but this the worst thing i’ve ever done. This aim time killing me, accuracy not even close to löwe, if you say löwe has paper hull try t34.

Ok first of, sure the OI xp has 50mm less turret armour… but it has more frontal and about the same amount of side armour. Plus, it has spaced armour. With the DPM thing, the Tiger 1 DPM is just around, maybe a bit below tier 9 ht dpm, something 2 tiers higher than it. The main reaso it has such high DPM is because it has NO OTHER REDEAMING QUALITIES. its slow, big, has no armour. Yet people play it for the gun because of that DPM. IS is ~1900 DPM, which is the same as the OI exp. Now, the OI exp has better DPM than most tier 8 heavies, tanks 3 tiers above it. It also is fast, has good armour (for its tier). It has reasons to play it other than the gun. So why does it need suchhigh DPM? It just doesn’t make sense.
The Lowe is not a bad tank. Sure, it has bad DPM, but so does the T34. Sure, it’s slow, but it doesn’t need to be fast for the role it plays. It has 2nd in calss penetration, amazing shell velocity, and a few other things you haven’t accounted for: it has 400m ciew range. Best in class view range. The way you play this tank is not like a tiger 2, or an IS3. You stay a medium range, and you support. Youhave 2nd best in class accuracy/ aim time behind the Tiger 2. You have great shell velocity. And even though your armour isn’t kv4 standerds, at medium range it doesn’t need to be. Get this thing hull down at ~200-300m away, your practically a god. People don’t play it because they don’t know HOW to play it. They play 1 game in it, play it like a tiger 2, die, and then say “Its Shit.” Ive seen some amazing things done by Lowe drivers who actually knew how to drive there tank. Hell, i would buy this tank if i had the money. I would honestly like to play it.
Lastly, i would think that maybe a tank ADDED IN FOR ALPHA PLAYERS IS AN OLD TANK. 112 is NOT an old tank. T34 is pretty dang old tho, ill give you that one, but most other tanks you mentioned are a lot younger than some other tanks that need rebalance, like the T14 and Church 3.
I dont believe it..I am actually finally glad about the changes..for the first tim i can say..well done WG..keep up the good fork..someone had to wake up with a really good mood 🙂

The Pershing is a T8 medium and it has just about the same penetration with its standard AP. You don’t hear Pershing drivers screaming for a penetration buff. It’s adequate penetration for a T8 medium. If you have to use gold shells constantly, and not sparingly for the occasional hardened target, you’re not using the tank right.

I believe PvE is only available at T1 for the first 100 games or something.
