This was originally mooted to be the WoT 7th birthday gift but was withheld as a waste of resources. But again devs have been dropping hints and no more that it may be given for New Year. We wrote about it Here.

    The last time they gave an actual good tank was the T-127, all other are free garageslots nothing more. Im asking to myself how many of their playerbase they want to lose till they start to actually give some good Tanks once a year. But at this point it will be like a snowball rolling down the hill, unstopable. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

      to be fair Toldi was okay. the only issue was that it’s COMPLETELY AVERAGE. any more average and you’d have to call it American

    2. Considering that tier 2 and 3 are barely even played, it would make more sense that they give out tier 4-6 tanks. More people would play a free tier 5 premium than a tier 3 one. Though considering how they are, I wouldn’t be surprised if it was crappy.

      LTP was pretty good and fun a couple years ago. I eventually sold it because low tier is horrible in general but the tank was good.

      Honestly yeah I don’t really care anymore about those gifts. I have like 24 empty garage slots.

  4. Wow… How generous. If I remember correctly, they wanted to give it away months ago already for WG anniversary, but they backed off cas they thought it’s useless to give us a free tank cas everybody would only sell it.

    Yet they give away the same tank 2-3 months later. Reasonable lol…

      We can hope 2018 WG will spend more time cleaning their damn room than handing out shit maps and average tanks for laughs.

      1. Am thinking 2018 WG current plan is well last year we got away with 11 premium tanks after we promised no more premium tanks we will only be working on balance and maps. So in 2018 we can milk what life the game has left by introducing a one new or maybe two new premiums every month making sure to release a black version of our most popular and expensive t8 tanks but only after all the sales we offer have finished.

    so to clarify, it’s basically a stock T-28 on tier 3, because even the devs agree that the T-28 stock gun is crap lol

    Thanks WG for another garbage gift tank… I’m sure that most of your player base is playing at tier III still lol… Why don’t you give us something more useful. Like free Female crew members or a 6 or higher tank…

    So if the tank “was withheld as a waste of resources” then, and they have done nothing to it, is it not still a “waste of resources.” Now let me translate… The tank is a POS and the ungrateful players didn’t want it. Now they expect a Christmas present,; we will give them POS tank they rudely did not want. Oh yes that’s much better.

    Don’t know why people complain, I love those low tier gift tanks. Of course, it’s little more than a token, but I enjoy playing low tiers occasionally. I was actually sad when they said they’d stop giving away such tanks because all the ever got from the community was “Oh-cool-another-garage-slot”. But well, perhaps that’s just me.
