World of Tanks servers will be down on 6 February from 02:30 to 09:00 CEST (UTC +2) to get everything in order.
Players with Premium will be credited an additional 24 hours of Premium Account time to make up for the maintenance period. If you’d like to make any in-game purchases, please wait until the servers are running again.

Looks like the NA servers are still down at 09:00 Central US time.
No post on their website about it, but looks like per a forum post they will be down until 10:30 Eastern (09:30 Central) US time.
