On the RU cluster Patch 9.21 is due for release overnight from the 11th to 12th of December. So we can expect the patch on EU and NA a day later.
For those that have not yet done so you must recruit the mission reward female tanker before the new patch as she disappears with the rollout of the patch.

As it was not stated, and never is. SEA will get the patch a week to 10 days later as is normal. :/
any old tanker worth his salt should know that too. WG should seriously consider expansing the SG office. it has a reputation for being understaffed (genchat notably not regularly moderated), and they’re still opening only senior/experienced positions. (last checked last month on WG site).not sure how they plan to handle the surge of players when they decide to implement warplanes into ASIA…whenever that is.
It’d be on 12th or 14th of December, usually it’s on Tue or Thu, maybe.
Most patches / tanks do not his SEA till Friday at the “updat” at 2 PM SG time (GMT _8) This year we have gotten every update at least a week late often more than that. As for new tanks, SEA did not get the Chinese Premium TD for a month after everyone else. IDK if they are understaffed, or just incompetent, but I would recommend sacking every damn one of them and starting fresh.
I can’t remember whether I’ve claimed my crew yet, how can I tell?
Login to the game, and check the notification center on the tab with gift box icon. If you haven’t claimed the crew, there’d be a message there for you to claim.

0.9.21 (most likely) will not go live on EU before 14th. Because “Top of the tree” for FV215b 183 lasts “from 1 December at 06:00 to 13 December at 06:00 CET (UTC+1)”. I doubt that even Wargaming, with their track record, is so troll to remove Top of the tree vehicle before the event ends.
