      1. Now it only has bits and pieces from the bike in the rear stowage basket. 🙁

(I’m probably going to make a mod to fix that if/when it goes live/on sale, though 🙂 )

  1. Actually what this is is about several different thing all all bullshitted into one thing…

And then on top of that the “Historical” information is so bad and so bullshit it is disgusting. It is an insult to players and an insult to historians.

  2. Killtech says:

tank and camo look quite nice okay. but the description is like what? who came up with that? or from which parallel universe does it stem from? i really really hope its just a placeholder because they didn’t have the description ready yet.

…or is there actually a source for any of the claimed info?

    1. OpaKnobbi says:

Wel, the Bike is still there, at least parts of it can be seen, but most of it seemst to be covered by other stuff, stored in that new Backplate-Basket…

About the “historical Info” ? I better say nothing about that. Its just too ridiculously stupid, I would probably forget my “good breeding”

But maybe the whole thing with this special camo and pseudo historical bullshit is made in preparation for an ingame event in the future?!? Something like in these comics about an escalating cold war with nato vs. soviet union tank battles taking place in Berin?!?

      1. Renarde_Martel says:

The basket was there before and already contained a bike, so the previous version actually had TWO bikes.

    1. Never mind says:

Damn tier 8 super heavy with more view range than high tier scouts… maybe it’s because it’s so stupid tall you can “see to the horizon.”

  3. Zonda says:

people complain about historical accuracy, guys this game has Chinese tds, 80% of the tanks in game didn’t even make it out of the drawing board, tiger 1 has the fucking long 88, if you want historical accuracy go play “steel armour” stop trying to shape a game that is made of “fantasy tanks” as wg describes it into a tank simulator. seriously wot is not for you.

    1. Kindabruh says:

Welp the Tiger I was planned to be rearmed with the long 88… the plan was scraped only when the Germans decided to build the Tiger II
P.S. The Tiger II historically is also planned to receive the 105 in the game…

    2. wheeledtank says:

Excluding the Chinese TDs (which are “Realistically fake”) and maybe a few other tanks, all the vehicles (and several armaments) were designed and planned (Even if their performance is incorrect/overbuffed); the problem is when you take one, and give it a complete BS description that, as plenty of people have pointed out, is just so bad it could be considered offensive

      1. OrigamiChik3n says:

If by “planned” you mean that people were discussing some ideas over drinks then yes, many of the tanks in WoT were actually planned. Like when they replaced Lorraine 40t, that was actually built in numbers, with fake Bat-Chat that does not have a single line of actual historical information about it. Or Wafflentraeger auf E100. It was deemed to be “historical” by Wargaming because allegedly the possibility to mount large caliber flak gun on E100 chassis was mentioned in some memo. Even LTTB is fake, because neither such name nor characteristics, that we have in game, are documented. Characteristics are inflated across the board, the only existing drawing is of the hull. So they took “planned” hull, added fake name, fake chassis, fake turret with fake fishing pole of a gun, fake characteristics and delivered a tank that some people consider as “planned”.

    3. ManfredE3 says:

Says the one who can’t tell the difference between something planed and some drunk dudes imagination. Most of what’s in game was either on the battle field or planned to get to the battle field. Chinese TD line and the description for this tank are all 100% fake. There’s a difference between planned by the military for use and made up by some dude in a video game office, but apperently you can’t tell the difference.

    1. NDGR says:

I think you’re looking at reverse speed the wrong way. Any vehicle can drive as fast backwards, or even faster than forwards, if you design the transmission for this purpose.

      1. wheeledtank says:

Technically speaking, most of the Porche designs should have similar reverse speeds compared to their forward speed (for this very reason).

Though unlike… say… the S-Tanks, the driver would be practically blind, which is probably why they have limited reverse speeds

  4. Tank_Inquisitor says:

Does WG take us for idiots?

Even if this did somehow exist how come there weren’t any photos of it while tearing down the Berlin Wall? You would think this would’ve been kept well after if this thing was in good enough condition. Because no way would a 165 Ton tank be damaged from demolishing a wall.

    1. Never mind says:

Yes, in face they do take the players for idiots. This has long been established. Besides WG knows someone will buy this silly thing …

  5. Anonymous says:

This might be another band collab I was looking up mauerbrecher and it turns out it’s a band in the industrial rock genre

  6. Blankman says:

Historical accuracy is something that i could tolerate for the sake of gameplay balancing.. But cmon, that description.. We like to fool around, but we ain’t no fool WG..

  7. Anonymous says:

And this is why I stopped playing WOT and switched to WT. All the historicity the game used to have is gone, dead and buried.

  8. Never mind says:

Everything about this tank is just wrong, and at Some level insulting to the players. Most of all I miss the bicycle, that was surly meant to be used for reconnaissance with that top speed. O_o

  9. Peter Nunn says:

The paint-job looks far too contemporary.

I feel it is unlikely that 1940’s Nazi Germany would tolerate such decadent artistic ideas, looks more like the fantasy of a Belorussian millennial, lol.

  10. Anonymous says:
