And we are here again, so much changes to change nothing.
And even they know that’s bullshit, as they are spreading crap that they can’t test it otherwise that on live server. Like they don’t have years of real data and players behavioral patterns.
This is a month old video, with NO other formal matchmaking comments from Wargaming since then.
They say matchmaker needs to change as the game changes… I agree.
If this is true, then it is also true that the maps need to change as well. Claus Kellerman did a recent YouTube video called “broken maps” that clearly demonstrates many of the maps are too small to support these newer tanks.
Can Wargamings dev team NOT be aware of this issue as well?
Needed 2 tier match maker, sub categories of tanks like assault td, super heavy, sniper medium brawler etc. For better balance of lists and finally tracking of top bottom and same tier mm for you as a person so not to many bottom tier in a row or per gaming session. Not this bull shite
it was good when it was introduced, i really mean it but now it’s not anymore they got to change it quick, the current MM is one of the few things that makes me lose interest in the game..
It was good in the beginning, because single tier battles were the most common thing when you played Tier 8. That was cool.
Las time i played WoT about a week ago i had a match where our team had T-43 (a lackluster medium at best of times) as a top tier whereas enemy team had O-Ni. I suppose introducing even more matchmaking patterns will solve this issue. Not…
Wargaming REALLY needs to move to a single tier to two tier matches as the predominate preference, with 3,5,7 being last. The game has evolved now beyond 3 tier battles.
Also, like arty, light tanks need to be capped at 3-4. Having 5-6 light tanks on each side really changes the whole game meta, just like too many arties did.
The problem in a nutshell is that 3/5/7 is used so often in particular tiers because WG is prioritizing a fast queue over all else and because certain tiers are far more popular than others. And the result is being bottom tier disproportionately often, and in an armor/corridor meta, that sucks hard.
This proposal of simply adding in more possible templates may perhaps make the system a little more flexible, but in the end of the day the goal remains to feed tier 8s to tier 10s.

Is really sbd listening to Claus Kellermann? He has no clue about the game, only thing he can is ranting and showing his lack of knowledge…
From time to time he is a bit ‘Cookoo~”
If you leave out those stuff, some of the things he says is true.
now i know how people responsible for 3-5-7 looks like (kappa).Thank u for showing that.
now just show how is looking man responsible for puttting defender in game 🙂

3-5-7 is good on paper until you start playing it

Yes, I can imagine my Maus vs a bunch of Tier 5s….Please give us this level of BS again.
We all know that the Russian Tier 5s will still be unbiased/balanced/non-OP when they Pen the turret and UFP of the Maus…..
Fail toons are not fixed you stupid RU donkeys:
E25s in Tier 9 battles
T26E4 in Tier 10 battles
