The World of Tanks servers will be unavailable on 15.12.2017 from 04:00 – 04:45 CET due to this update.

There are no patch notes for this micro patch anywhere so no technical content. So why doubt your own reasoning ? Also all other patch’s have an issue number like .01 .02 etc
