Technically the concept of this tank did exist, it was an early design proposal drafted around 1942? (IIRC) which placed a Krupp Typ 180 (VK4502) turret on the rear-mounted hull of the Lowe. It’s about as historical as every other paper tank in this game; it did exist, but only just barely.
Though if it were truly accurate it would have a 14.9cm L/40 and 100mm of frontal armor, but that wouldn’t really fit in as a premium for the rest of the PzVII line…
It won’t happen, but it would be nice if this replaced VK B at tier IX since it has a bigger gun (L/61 vs L/55) – give it unique 560 alpha, and then VK B could be rebalanced as either a regular tier VIII rear-mounted tank, or as a hull upgrade for the VK A (if that ever comes into being), or a premium to crew train for the line. VK B is crazy overbuffed compared to the real life proposal.
Sexy, me like it!
Nobody: …
WG: Here’s another German Superheavy you’ve probably never heard of.*
Disclaimer: Some probably knew of it’s concept sketches on napkins, and thus knew it was coming.
